学院现设管理科学与工程、应用经济学、工商管理、统计学4个一级博士点学科，是国内首批拥有管理科学与工程国家重点学科的8个学院之一。其中，“管理科学与工程”在最近一轮教育部学科评估中入选顶尖高峰学科，ESI“经济与商业”学科进入前1%，人均科研经费在同类学院中名列前茅。学院已形成以管理科学与工程为龙头，工学、理学与商学多学科深度交叉融合、协同发展的学科生态，依托建成的教育部、北京市和工信部的四个省部级重点实验室开展高水平科研工作。学院现有专任教师约120人，已培育国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体2个、国家级领军人才4人、国家级青年人才11人、重点研发计划首席科学家4人，形成了培育国家级人才的完善机制和托举平台。The School currently hosts four doctoral programs at the first-level discipline level: Management Science and Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Administration, and Statistics. It is also one of the first eight schools in China to hold a National Key Discipline in Management Science and Engineering. In the most recent discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education, Management Science and Engineering was recognized as a top-tier peak discipline, and the School’s ESI field of Economics and Business ranks in the top 1% globally. Research funding per faculty member is also among the highest among peer institutions. The School has developed a disciplinary ecosystem led by Management Science and Engineering, featuring deep integration and coordinated development across engineering and business disciplines, and conducts high-level research through four provincial- and ministerial-level key laboratories established under the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Municipal Government, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The School currently has approximately 120 full-time faculty members and has fostered two Innovation Research Groups funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, four national-level leading talents, eleven national-level young talents, and four chief scientists of national key R&D programs, forming a well-established system and platform for cultivating national-level talent.
